About Burn & Shiver

Based in Los Angeles, Burn & Shiver was founded to help artists develop long-term careers in a manner that is consistent with their creative philosophy and vision. A few years later the tech practice was added alongside the music practice to help tech companies grow, via building meaningful strategic partnership channels and sales GTM and growth initiatives. 

Music: A natural promoter, perceptive and loyal individual, strong at maximizing sales potential for the development of brand products within music and entertainment, and over 35 years of experience in the field, Schnurstein currently runs the newly launched Bloodshot Records.

Tech: A 25 year+ veteran of ad tech, martech and media, M Schnurstein has run global sales, business development and operations teams for Fortune 500 companies. She's passionate about working in highly matrixed environments and doing deals with marquee brands.

Both Schnursteins are proud cancer survivors who understand the tenacity required to maintain perspective and prioritize under pressure. They lead with that same grit driving, high output and inclusivity where diverse voices are championed.
